Signing sessions via SMS

In a rush to send out your signing sessions? Clients would prefer to sign their documents via SMS instead of email? This option is now possible with NexOne Sign.

Be advised only available if the initial signing session had already been created and sent out by email. The SMS option is a backup only.

Available for pending signers only.
The SMS option is only available as a resend

Follow the steps below to send out a signing session through your NexOne Sign.

The first step is to locate your signing session. In order to do so you will need to first locate the file you created the signing session from either Listing, Client File or Transaction.

2. Once you have located the signing session you will need to open the signing session and you will see the option “SMS”.

3. The next step would be to enter your client’s phone number and then click on the “Send SMS” button.

4. Once you have completed these step’s you will then receive this notification in green “SMS Sent Successfully”

You client will then receive a Text message with a link in the message , where they will be able to start signing after clicking on the link.
