How to find your Signing Session
Log in to Your NexOne Legend Account
Access your NexOne Legend account and navigate to your signing session. You can find it under the Listings, Clients, or Transactions tab, depending on where it was originally sent.E
Locate the Transaction
Select the transaction associated with the signing session. Then, click on the first icon at the begining of the row to go to documents and follow-up section.
Access Your Signing Session
Go to the signature tab and select your signing session
From here, you can view the sign audit details, including the client's signing status and stage:
Informed – The client has been notified.
Viewed – The client has opened the signing request.
Signature Saved – The client has saved their signature.
Started Signing – The client has begun signing.
Finished Signing – The client has completed the signing.
If a client has not received their signing email, you can click Resend to send it again. You also have the option to enter their cell phone number and send the request via SMS.
Additionally, you can edit the signing session (as long as no one has started signing) or delete it if necessary.
Once the session is complete, the signature certificate will be available in this section.
