Modify and/or delete signing sessions
This is a step-by-step guide on how the user may modify and/or delete sent signing requests in NexOne Sign.

Firstly, please log in to your account and search for the file in question, located under listings or transactions.

Please select the file in question by clicking on the address of the property in question.

From within the file, please click on documents, located on the right side of the screen.

Within the documents section, please navigate to the signatures tab.

Once you arrive at the signature session, please select the document in question by clicking on its title.

You’ll be brought to the dashboard, where you may choose to edit and/or delete the signing session by clicking on the desired options.

Please note that the signing session MUST be incomplete in order to edit the singing session.
